- All common areas must be cleaned immediately after using the area. Wash all dishes and return them back to their appropriate places and keep areas free of debris
- Keep all floors vacuumed and swept clean.
- Be courteous to other guests and share the space while cooking.

- Some bathrooms are shared. Please be courteous to the other guests with length of time spent and amount of hot water consumed.
- Clean shower after each use.
- You are responsible to provide your own soap, shampoos, products and towels.

- You are responsible for your cleaning your own laundry and linens.
- Please be courteous when using machines and do not allow your clothes to stay in machines when complete.
- You are required to supply your own laundry detergents.

- Your bedroom is your private area, but you are required to keep your areas clean and free of odors, clutter and messes.
Pets
- Although we all love pets, we have a strict "No Pets At All" Policy. Bringing in pets will involve your immediate removal and forfeit of your room and rents paid.
Personal Furniture
- Each home will be equipped with all necessary furniture. You will need written permission to bring in your own furniture and it will be at your own expense for moving and necessary storage. You may not remove house furniture.

- Not all homes are equipped with sufficient parking spots. You may not block other cars.
- If you require a parking space, please verify sufficient space prior to signing a lease.
- Broken/non-running vehicles are not allowed on property.
- If your vehicle is leaking fluids it will need to be removed from the property.

- Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Respect each other's privacy and personal space.
- If conflicts arise, address them calmly and respectfully.
- If necessary, request mediation through house management.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 7AM to ensure restful sleep.
- Use headphones for music, TV, or phone conversations during quiet hours.
- Be mindful of noise levels when entering or exiting the home late at night.

- No smoking, vaping or open flames inside the home.

- Any illness or health concerns should be communicated to the house management or other tenants if they affect communal living.
- Self-Quarantining will be recommended during the time of viruses or illness.
- Residents should follow hygiene best practices to keep the home clean and safe.

- Guests are welcome but must be approved in advance by house management.
- No overnight guests without prior approval.
- Guests should respect house rules and quiet hours.
- Your lease is for only the approved people and signers on the lease.

- Rent is due on the first of each month.
- Utilities are included in rent unless otherwise stated.
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the resident’s financial responsibility.
- The length of the leases are dependent on the property and can change.

- You will be given your own code for your private bedroom. You are not permitted to share this code for security reasons.

- You will be required to give a 30-day notice prior to leaving the property.
- Leave your room in the same condition as when you moved in.
- Return all keys before departure.
